Carlos Gonzalez


Carlos Gonzalez has been involved in real estate and real estate finance for 10 years. He is the co-founder and Chairman of Stewart Title Latin America, a title company based out of San José, Costa Rica, with offices in Mexico, Central America and the non US Territories of the Caribbean. He is also co-founder and Chairman of Century 21 Central America, company which owns the exclusive master franchise rights for Century 21 in Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and Costa Rica.

Mr. González is also the co-founder and Chairman of Sotheby´s International Realty Mexico, that holds the exclusive Master Franchise of Sotheby’s International Realty® for the entire Mexican market.

Mr. González has being practicing real estate, securities and corporate finance law since 1991, and in 2001 he founded his law firm, González & Uribe, based out of San José Costa Rica, where he continues to practice.

In 2002-2003, he served as Deputy Minister of Finance for the Costa Rican Government
