Based on studies of the context, research on local materials and an understanding of what the project wants to be, AZULEA RESIDENCES architectural design took form in this magnificent site. The Project was carefully thought taking into considerations the natural amenities the site offers like the cenote, beach and the wonderful views. Materials where carefully chosen in order to have a closer connection with its context, like Chapa stone and local wood. Overall the design carries a language of modern forms without forgetting the wonderful local materials.

The same concept is being carried through the interior design of the community. Modern influences incorporated with traditional local materials in walls, floors and countertops. A furniture package, which is available, has been carefully selected to bring the essence of modernity into the living space, creating a fresh and clean living environment. This design is going to be supported with a high-end lighting design, and a creative entertainment system which includes iPod docking station, optional plasma TVs and sound control through all areas creating an extreme living environment.
